Privacy Policy

Last updated: Oct 20, 2025

This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") describes how Campuswire ("Campuswire," "we," "our" and/or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information from and about you when you use our website, including https://campuswire.com (the "Website"), and the Campuswire educational services (the "Services"), as well as your ability to control certain uses of that information. Note that a separate privacy policy applies to Campus.edu and associated products.

Campuswire respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. By accessing or otherwise using the Website or by using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into the Terms of Service for the Website, and to Campuswire's collection, use and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

FERPA and Student Data

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA"), 20 U.S.C. § 1232(g), applies to certain educational agencies and institutions, which may include your university. Campuswire partners in various capacities with universities and institutions (each, an "Education Institution") to provide educational programs (each, a "Program"). If you apply or enroll in a Program, the use of your personal information, including your education records, if applicable, will be governed by the respective Program's privacy policy. To the extent that your Education Institution is covered by FERPA and shares your education records with Campuswire, we will treat that information in accordance with our agreement with that Education Institution. If you have questions about the privacy of your education records or FERPA, please contact the appropriate person and/or department at your Education Institution.

The following policies apply if you have a direct relationship with Campuswire, for example, if you signed up directly at campuswire.com, not through an Education Institution's Program.
